Powakaddy 2013 Freeway Digital+ Encoder And Controller Kit If your trolley is fitted  with the BLUE encoder board as pictured above, both encoder and control unit will need replaced as this has now been discontinued by Powakaddy. This kit contains both the Encoder and Controller need to repair your trolley.
