In addition to the standard 24 month warranty LitePower now offer a 5 year limited warranty (additional 3 years) on the battery (this excludes the charger). In order to qualify for the 5 year limited warranty please register your warranty online or using the warranty registration card. If your product should fail during the 3rd year of ownership LitePower will offer you a brand new replacement for 50% of the purchase price of the product. Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 5 year warranty. Please note that due to the nature of batteries, the product is only covered to complete 18 holes during years 3 to 5. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase. LitePower Lithium Batteries are subject to the standard LitePower warranty terms and conditions. Standard LitePower Lithium Warranty The LitePower battery and charger are both covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered. It is important to note that the Battery Management System (BMS) in your LitePower battery is designed to protect your battery from over discharge – a condition proven to seriously shorten the life of your battery. If the battery is left discharged for more than two weeks, the BMS may prevent charging to protect the battery. If this occurs, please contact CustomPro Golf for advice. If a reset is required, the remaining warranty period will be voided. The standard LitePower warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the battery and charger within this region. If you encounter a problem with your battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct on 0843 289 3602 to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given.
